So, despite the mess that I'm going to be in with work when I get back on Monday, I took a mental health day today. I see myself regretting this tomorrow.

Nonetheless, here I am.

Well...it's nice and early in the morning. I'm still heavily procrasinating the studying for a test that is tomorrow...

My head is all dizzy and I just feel very...strange.

Maybe that's what we call tired. Hm.

Either way, I just wanted to wish everybody a Happy Valentine's Day. To those who think it's purely commercial...go and enjoy the chocolates; it doesn't hurt. To those who think it's meaningful...have a sweet one.

So hey, it's been awhile. A very long while. What has happened since December 3rd. Well...I was in the Dominican Republic for a week and had an AMAZING time.

Spent New Year at a friend's house with some people. Happy belated New Years to all you guys, hope your respective celebrations went well. 2006 baby!

I do have my flash for my camera now also, which ultimately cost $150, not $200.

I have so many photographs that I would like to post but they are all non-digital. I also don't have a scanner. There's a problem. BUT once I give my negatives to Henry's, they'll hopefully burn me a cd with all the photos. Till then I'm just browsing around...

Exams are almost over. Last one on Monday. It has been so stressful overall this last past week. Getting exams overwith is going to be a party. And so is my semester break.

My subscription ran out on January 2nd. Then a little later I learned that had gotten me a new three month subscription. . I appreciate it so much which is why I must get my photos apt for a computer asap so that I don't waste these three months on here. Thanks again Hesi .

Hey guys,

It's been a month or so now. I haven't posted in a very long time however I do often look at photographs for different ideas, for fun, and just because I love it.

I have been piled with work and seriously deprived of sleep lately. I have slept maybe a maximum of 25 hours in the last week.

Thank you for the 11,000 . Very sweet of everybody!

I have a new baby for those who are interested. Minolta Maxxum 7000 SLR camera. This is from around 1985. Amazing camera, can't lie . For such an old camera is still has the auto-focus, manual-focus, different modes: shutter speed priority, aperture, program, self. It has a leica lens too. It's just a great camera, back in the day when Minolta produced worthy cameras.

To get the flash for it and the macro lens cost around $200 (used) which isn't too bad.

I am very happy I must say.

The work load, among other things, is hard to deal with, of course, but my trip to Dominican in only 3 weeks gives my life a purpose .

First let me start off with this...I noticed the following in my Dev Watch and it freaks me out a little...I posted a screenshot of it in my scraps and here's the [link] If this has happened to you, feel free to share. It just seems very spooky...

In other news, although I might not be updating my journals or submitting new deviations, I am on dA almost daily just looking at different art and responding to messages so yes, I'm still here .

There are photos I would eventually want to post except that they are from film and I don't have a scanner but I'll figure that out sooner or later.

Currently, I am sick...another bug is going around my area, then again, when is there something not going around. So it's my second day home sick, I HATE being home sick so I'm really resentful at the moment. Nothing on day time television except soap operahs and since I am done all my work, that's all I am left with to do: watch soap operahs. I must admit, they do get quite addictive after the first half hour or so. For example, I am beginning to really like "Guiding Light". No comments on how pathetic that is please .

Hopefully tomorrow I'll be back on my feet.

Halloween is soon. I think you're NEVER too old to celebrate halloween. Give candy, get candy, it's all good. What are YOU doing for halloween?
